Directions
From the parking lot of the town hall, follow the street "Am Postteich" past the school until you reach the turnoff to the right into the "Schmantelrundweg". Follow this until you meet the Hesborn Weg. Keep to the right there and return via the street "Am Rad" to the Stadthalle.
Safty guidelines
Make sure you have good footwear. Winter boots with good tread or with snow claws are particularly suitable. Dress appropriately for the weather. Take a cell phone with you in case of emergency. Use trekking poles, which will give you a secure grip on snow and ice. Keep in mind that walking time on snow may increase. There may be icy spots on sunny slopes.
