Soul place hike Himmelssäulen "Douglas fir".

From the chapel in Glindfeld go east, along the road for a while and then turn right towards the forest.

After about 300 m you will see the old forester's lodge on your right. We will return from there later. For us it goes straight on the connecting path in the direction of Glindfeld-Winterberg. (white rhombus border on black background) over the river Elkeringhausen Siepen until further through the forest the Bergweg and Höhenflug join us at the fork " Am Dorf". From here we follow the Bergweg / x15 / Uplandweg and Höhenflug uphill until we meet the K1 path and the connecting path Elkeringhausen - Glindfeld (white square on black background) below the young Grimme. We follow these path signs until we reach the rail hut. Now all efforts are mastered and the further way leads downhill to the right on the connecting path towards Glindfeld (white square on black ground).

Arrived in the valley, a forest road without signs leads left to the Himmelssäulen. Walk about 1 km on the forest road until the tree giants appear on the left side. Please go back the same way then along the forest house until you are back at the chapel.
