Circular route around Arpe (AR2)

We always follow the AR2 hiking sign.The hike begins at the hiking sign in Arpe opposite the Voss inn. We walk along the road past the Voss inn. After a few meters, we turn right onto the road towards Herschede, which leads us out of the village. We follow this path until we reach Teiche behind the village sign. At this junction, we go straight on uphill. We stay on this hiking trail, always ascending, until we reach the first house in Herschede and the tarred road.In Herschede, we turn right at the signpost and right again at the next fork. We always stay on this hiking trail. When we emerge from the forest, we see the residential area of Silberg. From now on, we are accompanied by beautiful views on the way back to Arpe. We continue walking until we reach a tarred road again, which we follow to the left. The path now leads us past a farm belonging to Keppel.At the crossroads with a signpost and bus stop, we turn right and after a while reach Arpe. At the end of the road, we turn left and then left again shortly afterwards. This road brings us back to our starting point at the signpost.
