From the Astenturm, follow the signs along the heath nature trail on the Plaeau back to the starting point.

Make sure you wear good footwear. Winter boots with a good profile or with snow claws are particularly suitable. Dress appropriately for the weather. Take a cell phone with you in case of an emergency. Use walking poles to keep your footing on snow and ice. Bear in mind that walking on snow can take longer. There may be icy patches on sunny slopes.
