The winter hiking trails in the Medebach vacation region do not have any special trail markings, but they are easy to hike using the map provided here or the GPX track and are also easily recognizable as their course is cleared of snow.

Directions
Wir starten am Weddelberg, Nähe des Wegkreuzes, Abzweig zum Wanderparkplatz Weddel und folgen der schwarz-weißen Wandermarkierung M3 nach links. Nach etwa 1 km, wandern wir an der Wegkreuzung 700 m lang nach rechts weiter (grüne Radwegmarkierung M4). Am "Doppelkreuz" biegen wir rechts auf den Radweg (M4) neben der Landstraße ein , folgen diesem etwa 400 m lang und wandern dann rechts in den Weg, dieser führt uns zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

- From Korbach: Bus 550 (NVV): Korbach-Medebach
- From Frankenberg (Eder): Bus 530 (NVV): Frankenberg-Lichtenfels-Medebach
How to get there
- From the north: A7, A2, A33 to Wünnenberg-Haaren junction, B480 Brilon, Olsberg, direction Winterberg and then to Medebach.
- From the west: A44 Dortmund-Kassel, exit at Werl junction, A445 Meschede to Bestwig, Olsberg, direction Winterberg and then to Medebach.
- From the Rhineland: A4 Cologne-Olpe to the Olpe junction, take the A45 towards Dortmund to the Olpe exit, B55 towards Lennestadt, B236 Schmallenberg, Winterberg and then to Medebach.
- From the east: A44 Dortmund-Kassel to exit Wünnenberg-Haaren, B480 Brilon, Olsberg, direction Winterberg and then to Medebach.
- From the south: A5 from Frankfurt to Gießen, A485/B3 exit Marburg, B252 Wetter, B236 Hallenberg-Winterberg and then to Medebach.
