Sauerland-Wanderdörfer launch "golden hiking autumn" photo competition

A high-quality trail guidance system, unforgettable moments in nature and the best service from restaurants and accommodation providers - the Sauerland-Wanderdorf villages rightly bear the title of "Quality Region Wanderbares Deutschland".

Especially in golden October, the eleven communities of Brilon, Diemelsee, Willingen, Olsberg, Winterberg, Hallenberg, Schmallenberg, Eslohe, Lennestadt and Kirchhundem are a true paradise for nature lovers and also offer countless photo opportunities. The Sauerland-Wanderdorf villages are taking this as an opportunity to hold a photo competition under the motto "golden hiking autumn"

All hikers and nature visitors are invited to share their most beautiful autumn motifs via the social media channel Instagram from October 1 to 31, 2021 using the hashtag #sauerlandwanderdörfer and take part.

As a small reward, all participants will be entered into a draw to win an overnight weekend at one of the Sauerland hiking hosts as well as other attractive prizes. The winners will be notified personally.
