Olsberg KneippWanderWeg - Hiking, water, well-being

In the Kneipp spa town of Olsberg in the Sauerland, health is a top priority. On the 2nd stage of the Kneipp Trail, a"Wanderbares Deutschland" quality trail, you will also find a natural treading area.

The health teachings of the priest Sebastian Kneipp are based on the pillars of exercise, balance, nutrition, water and medicinal herbs. All of these pillars can be found on this stage of the Kneipp hiking trail. What's more, culture is not left by the wayside on this stage of the trail. Schellenstein Castle can be visited from the outside. Schloss Gevelinghausen with its beautifully maintained grounds is also worth a visit. The Gevelinghausen mill right on the edge of the trail can be visited by prior arrangement.

So culture and health fans will find many great stops on this stage.
